Laurent Nihoul, General Manager Corporate Risk and Insurance at ArcelorMittal and a Board Member of ALRiM was elected on June 30^th FERMA Board Member at the last FERMA General Assembly in Brussels. FERMA is the Federation of European Risk Management Associations and brings together 22 risk management associations in 21 European countries, representing nearly 4.800 risk managers active in a wide range of organizations. FERMA provides the means of coordinating risk management and optimizing the impact of these associations outside their national boundaries on a European level. 

ALRiM has been a member of FERMA since 2011 and is proud to have Luxembourg now represented for the first time at the highest European level for our profession. Through FERMA, ALRiM intends to be involved in representing and defending the interests of its members, together with other European associations, to European institutions as well as facilitating knowledge and best practices exchanges with other FERMA’s member associations and their individual members.
