Quels sont les risques et responsabilités des administrateurs d'une association sans but lucratif (ASBL) en vertu de la nouvelle législation ? Les ASBL jouent un rôle essentiel dans la société luxembourgeoise, contribuant de manière significative dans des domaines aussi variés que la culture, l'éducation, la solidarité et l'environnement. Cette responsabilité importante incombe aux administrateurs, qui doivent s'assurer d'une gouvernance prudente et anticiper tous types de risques pour permettre la continuité de ces contributions.
